Living roadmap of what's next. Source of truth: apps/frontend/src/app/dashboard/admin/tasks/page.tsx — that file is what super-admins see when they click the clipboard icon in the navbar. This markdown file mirrors it for human readers and AI assistants browsing the repo.

When you finish a task, update both the page.tsx and this file in the same commit. When you add a task, same rule. When the page renders, the doc reflects reality.

Citizen Science Platform (Phases 7, 8b, beyond)

  • TODO · P1 · Phase 7 nightly cron for the competition scorer. Manual trigger UI is shipped (super-admin button on the leaderboard, competition-scorer.ts). Cron should iterate competitions WHERE is_active AND entry_open and call recomputeCompetition(comp.id) for each. Vercel Cron or Railway scheduler.
  • BLOCKED · P2 · Phase 8b — DreamPro YouTube channel landing at /dreampro/videos with downloadable Creator Kit assets. Blocked on the actual YouTube channel existing.

Infrastructure & Deployment

  • TODO · P1 · Bump apps/frontend/.nvmrc to Node 20 to match Railway. Local builds already pass on Node 23 — same low-risk profile as the backend bump that just shipped.
  • TODO · P2 · Add engines.node: ">=20" to apps/backend/package.json so npm itself enforces the version, not just the build env. Protects against accidentally running on Node 18 in any environment.

Hacker News Show HN (the single highest-leverage launch action)

  • TODO · P0 · Post the meta-pattern blog post as a Show HN. Title: Show HN: We analyzed 768 energy patents and built an open platform to replicate the experiments. URL: https://hivejournal.com/blog/meta-pattern-768-patents. Best timing: Tuesday–Thursday, 8–10am Eastern.
  • TODO · P0 · Immediately after posting, add a first comment with context (preempts "is this conspiracy stuff" / "are you selling something" / "what's the science"): "I'm the creator. We cataloged 768 energy device patents and noticed the same three principles (non-linearity + resonance + pulsed excitation) appearing across all six technology categories. Instead of patenting anything, we built an open platform where anyone can clone an experiment template, replicate it with basic equipment, and publish results publicly. The platform has 29 experiments, a world map of participants, and a 50-confirmation standard for robust results. The Hum imagery (unlocks the /hum landing page)

Each of the 5 component cards on /hum needs an image. Admin users see an amber "i" badge on each placeholder with the exact AI prompt and file path. Generate with Midjourney/DALL-E, or photograph real components on a bench. Save to public/images/hum/. Recommended: 1200×900px, 4:3 aspect ratio, PNG or WebP.

Maker space & teacher outreach (month 1–2)

  • TODO · P1 · Identify 10 maker spaces in cities with seed meetups (Boulder, Berlin, Melbourne). Email organizers: "free platform for coordinating hands-on energy experiments — would your space host a monthly Open Energy meetup?"

  • TODO · P2 · Contact 2–3 STEM education nonprofits (STEM.org, NSTA) about listing the platform as a resource.
