Try-wall gallery seeded (graphene.fm, emberkiln.studio, quicksites.ai) — /about-that is shareable.
Real-estate paywall is DARK. To go live: create 2 Stripe recurring prices, set STRIPE_PRICE_ABOUT_THAT_AGENT / _BROKERAGE + flip NEXT_PUBLIC_ABOUT_THAT_PAID_MODE=true. Runbook + comp-a-user SQL: setup-guides/ABOUT_THAT_PAID_LAUNCH.md.
Emberkiln artifacts export validated on prod (persona novel "The Flickering Screen") — payload maps clean into QuickSites (their PR #481).

Cross-product mesh (crosstalk)

File mailbox at _SilverLamp/crosstalk/ connects the HJ and QuickSites Claude sessions; a third product, DeckSketch AI, is joining (same standing sanction — operational authority governs, not equity). Superadmin viewer: /dashboard/admin/crosstalk. Governance + protocol: [[project_crosstalk]] memory + crosstalk/README.md.
